View from portico flanking the entrance to the garden. The complex is laid out in a fairly tradidional islamic style garden.

At the middle of the courtyard, there are 2 summer palaces. They were cooled by fountains that fed these long pools that joined around a platform in the center of the courtyard.


These guys are carving new red sandstone panels to make repairs to the mosque next to the Taj Mahal in preparation for the 2010 games.
